Yahoo! gives ads to Google
Search Engines

Yahoo! will test Google's ad system on its US site.
Insiders were reported to have said the move is to disrupt a possible hostile takeover of Yahoo! by computing giant, Microsoft.
As the two biggest search engines, any collaboration could have huge implications for the search market, something Microsoft's general counsel, Brad Smith has warned against.
"Any definitive agreement between Yahoo! and Google would consolidate over 90 per cent of the search advertising market in Google's hands," he commented.
Microsoft's initial bid for the company was rejected and its boss, Steve Balmer has warned he would move to offer a bid direct to its shareholders.
Full collaboration between Yahoo! and Google seems unlikely, as any deal would give them massive dominance over the internet search market.
Yahoo! has claimed the deal is part of its search for "strategic alternatives" and denied it was about to join forces with its biggest rival.
