Award-winning music website NME.com has announced a deal with iTunes to offer music fans unique NME video footage.
The deal sees iTunes housing over 50 NME podcasts, featuring interviews with the likes of Iggy Pop, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Muse, The Kooks and others.
This week, in a web development move, NME.com will also launch a new video channel on NME.com, which will make all of its exclusive interviews available in one place. Initially, the channel will have over 100 videos.
NME editor, Conor McNicholas, said: "NME.com is already famous for creating world-class video content and now we have a world-beating archive. Our new video services mean music fans will be able to mine a rich seam of interviews and more from all their favourite bands. And this is only the start."
In 1999, three years after its launch, the site hosted its first webcast with Suede live from Japan. NME.com says that, since then, the site has "continued to be a pioneer, leading the way for music magazines in the digital space and helping it to become one of Europe's leading music sites".
